Ness began their career working in public schools in Queens, NY. Ness is passionate about literacy and helping students become confident in reading and themselves. As a first-generation educator, Ness is committed to supporting other students of color in overcoming barriers to their educational journeys. To Ness being an educator means we teach, encourage and uplift all students. Now living in Philly, Ness is dedicated to supporting students in this community.
