Caitlyn has over 10 years of experience working in a variety of educational spaces, with students from preschool through high school.  During her time in the classroom, Caitlyn has witnessed how establishing a solid literacy foundation at a young age can help students continue to be successful for years to come.  As a teacher, Caitlyn strives to create inclusive, equitable and supportive learning spaces for all students. 

Caitlyn has a BA in Psychology from Hamilton College. She is excited to join the Achieve Now team and support young readers in Philadelphia discover the joy in reading.
