As a key leader of Marcum’s Mid-Atlantic Alternative Investment Group, John specializes in providing audit and advisory services to investment companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, debt and credit entities, real estate entities, and banking institutions. Before joining Achieve Now, John was part of the Investment Group at Kreischer Miller, helped coordinate United Way activities at Deloitte, and provided pro bono resume review services to younger individuals in disadvantaged communities.  

John became a board member in 2014 and is delighted to be part of an organization is to improve students’ reading skills. Believing early literacy to be a basic building block of future success for individuals in disadvantaged communities, Achieve Now’s work resonates deeply with him. John Also serves on the board for Acting Without Boundaries, a non-profit that builds an empowered community of people with physical disabilities through theater.
