Carl is the Pastor of Culture Changing Christians Worship Centers in Philadelphia and Glen Ridge, NJ. He is a community advocate and activist who chairs the Mayor’s Reconciliation Steering Committee and leads the Faith Coalition for the Philadelphia Office for Violence Prevention, spearheading a “Participatory Defense Hub” to assist those who are fighting for their freedom against the justice system.  

Pastor Carl is extremely passionate about transforming lives by renewing minds and believes that’s best achieved through reading. He joined the board in 2020 to facilitate connections between the organization and its work with the families and communities he serves. In addition to Achieve Now, Pastor Carl also serves on the board of the Victim/ C-victim Subcommittee for the Gun Violence Prevention Task Force, leading the fight against gun violence in Philadelphia.
